Q: Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or trauma healing?
A: Not at all. This course is for beginners and seasoned seekers alike. If you have a body and a desire to feel better in it, you’re ready.

A: No. This is a body-based, educational and practical experience. Many women use this work alongside therapy, coaching, or spiritual practice.
Q: How much time will it take?

Q: What if I get emotional during the practices?
